  1. IOS Magic Keyboard Gestures (Mousepad)

    It would be great to take advantage of the magic keyboard mousepad with basic gestures

    e.g. change task hierarchy with two fingers to the right or left

    This magic keyboard really change the way to use the app

    So I’m wondering if you have something in mid about this topic

  2. Pencil on iPad not perfect

    Apple Pencil (new version) on newest iPad Pro 11 is not functional in a number of functions. Maybe it would be good to test it. Like: collapsing or expanding groups on the triangle does not work.

    The feature is available from the first version. Would you please long press on a row and then move up / down? Or would you please check the details by watching the user guide video (the help menu inner the app)

  4. Adding Attachments to Tasks

    It would be really useful to be able to add attachments to tasks, either Word, Excel, Pages, Powerpoint, Images etc

    Thank you for the idea.

    There are 3 URL columns (https://quickplan.app/documents/ios/user-manual/task-maintenance/task-fields), we can use it to link a task with a URL. For example, we can store a file on Dropbox and create a URL to the file on the dropbox. If you are using QuickPlan on the Mac, you can also link the task with a file.

    Attaching files in the project schedule will cause performance problems as the project file will be very big.

  5. Import from other projects and overall resources’ list

    I have the same resources (members) for most of my project. But I don’t want to select one by one everytime I start a new project. Is there a way to import members, resources or stuff like that from other projects?

    Also, does the app have an “overall list of members” for projects. Not every contact in my iPad is elegible for my projects. I wish I didn’t have to go through my friends and family’s contact everytime I make a list of the members for a project, unless they really are active in any of my projects.

  6. Afdrukken op A1 en A0 formaat

    point for improvement: it is now not possible to print large schedules in their entirety on 1 sheet A0. do you want to make it possible to print large planning on A0 and A1 format?

    Le lundi est le premier jour de la semaine
    Le calcul du coût du travail devrait aussi pouvoir se faire à la journée.
    Est-il possible de lié au calendrier? Ou d’inclure les jours fériés? Les vacances des ressources? Les coûts d’investissements? Il serait aussi intéressant de pouvoir inclure des livrables, des risques... etc...

  10. project journal log

    Each project to have a journal that we can write issues that occur during the project.
    When the note is logged it also provides the time and date logged, so we can go back through journal to asses areas that can be improved through our future projects

    Hi is it possible to add a red drop line to the programme it would be really helpful for showing progress especially if you can drop the line on the day and then you can clearly see if your ahead or behind with progress.

  13. replace “note” with “check list”

    this app is of great use and i really appreciate it.
    Almost satisfied with it.
    Is is possible to add check list tab?
    I would like to make a simple check list for each task.
    I’m currently type tasks(like todo) directly in the note.
    It is perfect if i can one-tap the check list i made and the %comp links with the check list.
    The simple check list will be totally fine.
    you do not have to make a complicated one.
    i just want to see the current %comp by putting a check mark on the check list.

  14. Make Link button a 3 toggle switch

    Make the link toggle switch 3 settings.

    Press once — Finish to start
    Press twice — link
    Press 3rd Time — off

    This way I can toggle if I want to move the entire time line or not.. there are time I want to make one change.. then change my mind I can’t easily go back because there were changes I DO want to keep since that “mistake” I Hope that made sense.

  15. Missing Label for Task groups

    Please include the missing label in task groups on a GANTT chart, when I select Name and Resource to be shown. It shows up, when I select only Name of the task. Refers to PDF for printing the GANTT.

  16. Uhrzeit- und Datumeingabe

    Also:
    Es wäre gut, wenn es die Möglichkeit gibt, mit Uhrzeiten planen zu können. Die Zeiten werden zur Zeit als Block pro Tag berechnet, so kommt es, dass immer eine vorgegebene Zeit berechnet wird, auch wenn der Zeitaufwand lediglich eine Stunde am Tag betrug.
    Auch wäre es gut, wenn für eine Periode (zum Beispiel drei Monate) einzelnen Tage verplant werden könnte. Zum Beispiel: 01.06; 09.07, 18.07 für zwei Stunden (09:00 bis 11:00 Uhr).
    Das führt zu einer genaueren Berechnung der tatsächlichen Zeit und Kosten.

  18. New template for account keeping - project, invoice no., amount, task, amount paid, date paid, balance, mayment method

    Great app, I have installed on my iPad, iPhone and MacBook, it would be great to have an account keeping template able to be modified such as:
    PROJECT - TASK - % COMPLETED - INV NO - AMOUNT - AMOUNT PAID - BALANCE - PAYMENT METHOD

    Thank you for the idea.

    QuickPlan is being enhanced continuously, we have released more than 30 versions in the last years.

    iOS is opening more and more, and to keep QuickPlan focusing on the project schedule, would you help to check if you can manage the information of the contacts in a contact app, I think it is not very complicated to search the contact when needed.

    We have many features in our willing list, and you may find the price of the QuickPlan app is super lower ( less than 1/5 of the same kind with at/above the acceptable level of quality). Right now the non-core features are not prioritized.
