Add Actual Start and actual finish columns
Against the task, currently we have start and finish columns. I assume that these are planned columns. To measure our actual work against plan, if you add actual start and actual finish columns that will be really beneficial to measure project schedule performance.

My understanding is to add two columns to record start and finish date of the “baseline”.
The active start and finish date should be the actual start and finish date. (the project schedule should reflect the reality)
Yes, this is the feature we want – time needed.
