Baseline tracking
Would be great if you could track a project, comparing it to a baseline Gantt.
QuickPlan supports archiving the task date and duration which can be used as the baseline purpose. Would you please help to check out the details (at https://goplan.app/documents/ios/user-manual/task-maintenance/task-baseline)?
And QuickPlan supports to show tasks in LIST style with some filters, you may use to show the delay tasks only. https://goplan.app/documents/ios/user-manual/display/tree-list

Any updates un this topic? Visual feedback on Grantt chart reflecting the archived fields would be a useful complement to the actual solution. Something like a split view, or grayed out original task along the updated one.

To have a visual view on the grantt chart of the delays is provides a much clearer picture that having just the original dates stored.
I am into a proyect where the client has delayed some decissions and this is affecting the whole plan. I would like to show him the consequences of it in the Grantt pannel, where he can track the cascade of consecuences caused by just one delayed decission. -

This function is vital for planning and highlighting issues and hold ups, setting up the project, baseline a snap shot in a greyed out bar and adjust actual dates from there. Please add ASAP.

It would be great to be able to see a baseline for my task when making adjustments to tasks, this way i can track what affect my changes have in the plan.
At the moment if i adjust my plan and want to know what impact the changes had in my plan I can't see that information unless I have printed my plan before I made he changes.
