Select date range for (pdf) export
I export to PDF for printing. Would be helpful to export only a portion of the plan, based on date range. thanks, Lander
Would you please try it using QuickPlan for macOS?
- Create partial project by date range – https://goplan.app/documents/mac/user-manual/sharing#date
- Then open the partial project for printing.

This functionality is only ready for macOS edition now. (the FREE trial is ready at http://quickplan.xyz/trial, please try it for a temp solution if not plan to purchase it)
And it will be ready with next iPad version this year.
(We have released 20+ version of QuickPlan for iPad in the last years, I'd like not to release new versions too frequently for the iOS edition if no more big enhancements, as the app is very complicated now, a new version will cost much, but we did not charge the users again)
About hide/show tasks option:
This will cause logic problem, for example if hide a task, the users will be confused for strange task link display and task group display. -

What about the iPad users? Can we see this option soon as well?

I miss this function as well with the possibility to hide / show tasks individually.

This is really a requirement for long projects. Original post is from 2 years ago and still not implemented?

I agree with the prior post. It wold be extremely helpful for sharing tasks profess with the team for use in meetings and discussions if only we could select certain sections to share rather than the whole spread sheet.

I really absolutely love your Quickplan app.
I work with a team who are very visual oriented, and Quickplan is perfect for our teams who like to see everything in simple graphics, rather than gantt charts and excel sheets.
I do have a strong request for a new option.
in order for me to share the project plan with various members, I need to distribute them as PDF via email. However, current PDF export function does not have date range option. So for us who work on 2-3 yr long projects, to export the entire project in single PDF document, the task graphics become too fine to recognize easily.
Could you please add a DATE RANGE OPTION for PDF EXPORTING?
This will allow us to make very visually pleasing, simple to recognize, weekly project status sharing material.I really hope you can apply this feature and request in next update.
THANK YOU FOR THE CONSIDERATION IN ADVANCE :)!!!!!!Sincerely,
S
