Give feedback!

    Hello,

    Thank you for the idea.

    Would you please help to check if following features works for you?

    - QuickPlan supports to customize the project calendar, to setting the working days and non-working days. For non-working days, the Gantt chart will show dark color column when in day timeline scale.
    - QuickPlan supports to skip non-working day, so you can not schedule a task in non-working days

    Please tap the project name on the tool to config the project properties.

  2. Set programmed dates and slippage/actual dates achieved in the same line

    Plan your project and add the dates, when this date is not achieved add actual date achieved & completed and a small section under each bar can be a different colour, this will highlight delays. At the moment all I can do is repeat the line directly underneath and amend title to match achieved timeframe. While doing the above you could add the number of days delayed, giving option to export to excel. Other than the above, great app, easy to use and very functional.

  3. Reload always the last view of the project

    With the iPad and bigger projects it is very complicated and takes time to find back the last view. Especially when you have a project over many months and hundreds of tasks.

    Normally I always want to start at the actual time and the corresponding tasks.

    Would you please help to check if following the operations can rapid the navigating?

    - Double-tap on the timeline to move the timeline to “today”
    - Tap the search icon on the outline header, to find the task, app will scroll to the task.

    And our practice is to collapsed the unfocused task groups (the tasks completed, or the tasks planned to execute far future) may be very helpful.

  4. Add Last Modified Date to Project Icons in opening screen

    It’s nice to be able to open a project by just tapping the Project icon in the opening screen. That project becomes the current version and when you quit it saves(s) to the opening screen. If it also included the Last Modiified Date/Time, then it would be easier to know that you are working on the latest. This is especially true after you save to iCloud so that you can work on the project on another device. (I have 2 iPads in different locations).     Hello,

    Thank you for the idea.

    My understanding of the major purpose to display the “Last Modified Time” is to check if the sync completed.

    On the iPad, the project documents stored on the iCloud Drive and the project documents stored on the iPad are separated. And you can see that the “Last Modified Time” of the iCloud document shows at the second line (the first line is the project name) in the iCloud Drive project list. Would you please help to check it?

  5. Add marker lines

    Possibility to mark arbitrary dates with marker line and name

    Common use for this is a „today“ marker.

    This could also work with milestone variant

  6. Color of non working days either adjustable or darker

    Either on the iPad or the iPhone the Color of the non working days is to much the same as the week days, i really cant see the difference.

    When the timeline is at “day” scale (change it on the toolbar), the background color of the working days and non-working days are different. Would you please help to check it?

    There is no an option for the developer to issue a discount offer to specific users.

    The sale is between the users and Apple, we are not sure if Apple provides the option.

  9. Full view of the project

    I‘d really like to see the hole Project even if i might hardly be able to read anything. But to know where the project is going and to have an overview of how many tasks are currently running is essential for me. Just collapse to the more flattened view is not always enough.

    besides from that its a really nice app and absolutely worth the money.

  10. Imported from project, dates changed

    I am importing my file form project, but it immediately changes all the dates of my project! My guess is QuickPlan assumes the day of the import is the first day of the project. HELP

    Thanks the idea.

    My understanding is to “display the tasks planned at next 2 or 4 weeks”.

    QuickPlan know supports to display tasks in LIST style with some predefined list, such as tasks in this month, would you please help to check if it’s what you want? (https://quickplan.app/documents/ios/user-manual/display/tree-list)

    And “QuickPlan for macOS” supports to create a new partial project by specific date range, this may be the better solution for you. (https://quickplan.app/documents/mac/user-manual/sharing#date)

  13. Duration without options to choose either non-working days included or working day mode

    There is no way to show only “non-working days” in the schedule , if I pick “included non-working day” I have to show 2 columns in the “duration” . This is very inconvenient . Please help.

    Yes, a new option to show the “working day” only will be helpful, thanks much your help – recorded and will plan in the future version.

    (QuickPlan for the macOS display the duration and working day separately, we can just make one column be visible)

  16. Add Linked URL Field

    That can take (for instance) JIRA task Link, SWARM review, bugzilla link, etc. Embedded in exported plan PDF, it would be massively useful for linking plans to other business systems.

  19. Better synch with Weekly Calender/Outlook

    Hi,
    I noticed that you can export actions to my calender. However you shall manually activate this for each activity. And it is not automatically synchronized. You can re-export, but then you end up with a new acitivity and have to delete the old, otherwise you have two entries in your calender.

    My wish is that I can select actions in QuickPlan which will be automatically synch with my calender.

  20. Importing tasks

    When merging projects together using the import feature, the task links dont carry over into the combined project. How do i do this ?.
