Change the beginning of the week
I plan a weekly schedule starting from Wednesday, so it would be clearer to see my plans if I could change the start of the week.

Day-centric timeline
Currently the timeline is date-centric - you set a start date, and all tasks on the timeline are illustrated with reference to a real date..
When projects are designed it is easier to have a day-based timeline, where the datum-point is day zero, and each tasks is created with reference to its offset to day-zero. The timeline in the app will just show elapsed days.
At a later point (when the project start is agreed) a real date can be applied to the project and the tasks can then be shown with actual dates.

In response to your suggestion, QuickPlan actually offers an easy way to change the project start date. You can do this by clicking on the project name on the toolbar, and you will find an entrance to change the project start date.
The design of QuickPlan allows its date-centric approach to act as a day-centric one. You can plan from any day and change the project start day to the actual day when needed.
Additionally, QuickPlan offers an option to control whether or not to skip non-working days, which can also be helpful for your work mode.

Convert Microsoft project to Quick Plan
Take Microsoft project PDF and import it into Quick Plan as a new project and the gnat chart on project converts to gnat chart in Quick Plan.

Collaboration Feature
A collaboration feature like how the Google Office ecosystem works where anyone that has permission to edit the document can do so at any time along with other people.

Normally, users use QuickPlan for business purposes. Since privacy is very important, we do not have a server where user-created content is stored. So QuickPlan is a document-based application and the project files are stored in the location specified by the user.
QuickPlan supports team collaboration via iCloud Drive, see https://quickplan.app/documents/ios/user-manual/collaboration/icloud for details.
And you can sync projects with other third-party cloud storage. Since your projects are files, this depends on the third-party cloud storage. For example, we can use OneDrive to sync projects. For more information, visit https://quickplan.app/documents/ios/user-manual/sync/onedrive. You can also use it for team collaboration based on files. This feature is not under the control of QuickPlan, but is controlled by the cloud storage.

preferred language problem
I tried to change preferred language from English to Simplified Chinese but failed. I will like to know how to change the preferred language ?

Hide the Examples project group from main Home Screen
I noticed the Examples project group is a good collection of project types that we want to start with. Meanwhile it would be nice to not see them every time I open this app to manage my own projects. I do want to have access to them later when I am ready to add a different kind of project.

Option to change position of text entry field for new items
I use my Apple Pencil to insert text and it would be so much easier to write in the center of my screen instead of a tiny box in the bottom left corner. It's very difficult to hold my iPad while writing down there

Before we have a new solution, I would like to recommend that you enter new tasks using the Bulk Input feature with the Apple Pencil. To do this, tap the button on the right side of the new task input bar you mentioned.

Ressource view
A useful suggestion: to have a ressource view in addition to the current views in a calendar time-line. It means the possibility to check if a (filtered ou all) ressource is beesy, with the details of his/her activities
I.e.
- left colum: name of the ressource/member
- full colored case when beesy par day or per week versus zoom
- under the name of the ressource, the possibility by expanding/reducing to check the corresponding activity detail.I know there is the possibility to create a project based on a current project per member, but this is the same structure in…

I would be able to import italian holidays in project calendar
It could be a great improvement the feature to import national holidays in project calendar. Another great improvement could be the possibility to chance working-nonworking days massively in a project (for example all sundays of a month could be working days).
