Give feedback!

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.
  • To see ideas you have already voted on, select the "My feedback" filter and select "My open ideas".

    Love the App! Would be helpful to have fields (predecessors, successors) for dependencies show up on the task list. thanks, L

    Thanks the idea. This feature will be with QuickPlan 6.0.

    One new column added to the outline view to show the predecessors tasks (WBS #)

    QuickPlan 7.0 has gone live with the feature of today widget – to list all the in-progressing tasks of today in today widget.

    Also for iPhone edtion, Apple watch has been supported for the today in-processing tasks.

  5. Quick data input

    Is it possible to add the dates and duration in the quick task input to help with speedy project plan creation. I was thinking something alon these lines.
    Task1, 11/02/2914, 2
    Task2, 20/02/2014, 5
    Etc

  6. Desired features

    (1) Please add "Undo" and "Redo" features

    (2) Also, it would be great to be able to see the weekday along with the date in the timeline

    (3) Ability to link task directly with gestures

  7. Week view

    Is it possible in week view to indicate the number of the starting sunday of the week instead of the saturday? This may be more calendar compatible and less understanding problems.

    Otherwise, great job on the 1 page export. Using your app on every single project.

  8. Sync by import

    Not a convenience way to sync when i use 2 device to sync/ import. Every time have to delete the old copy before import to avoid confuses. 2 copies of the same file name will appear after importing.

  9. Reopen a project

    It will be easier the work with a project if it can be reopened at the same place of when the project has been previously closed. For now, it reopened at the start date and it not useful for a long-term project.

  10. Today's task overview

    It would be useful to have an overview page/tile which would show today's tasks from all projects in one place. It's really helpful when working on multiple projects. Currently you have to go to each project separately and see what you have to do today.

  11. Total project Completion %

    Unless you make the first line of the project the parent, the sub projects do not give you a total % completion for the total project.
    And doing that uses one of the 3 levels that are allowed for the project.
    So would like to to see this at the top of the project. - or some sort summary page.

  12. Mac version please - so, we can plan on a bigger screen.

    Identical app to sync with the and please. I know others want greater functionality on the Mac, to make use of its increased power, but I'd be very happy to buy another version, as it is so that plans can be synced between Mac and IPad.

  13. Calendar and multi-project integration

    This is an excellent app, but I have not used it for three reasons. First I need (as a project manager) to integrate the projects/schedules into my google calendar (which I don't think is currently possible with QuickPlan). Second I need to be able to view multiple projects at the same time, and to turn off/on projects that I don't need to see within the same interface. Finally, it would be much more efficient for me to enter project info via a desktop application, and to be able to access it via mobile. That said your app is the best…

  14. Automatic task span of weekend & non working days

    Based on task duration, without this rearranging breaks easily. Otherwise love this app, best interface by far.

  16. Auto iPad and iPhone sync

    Why cant all my projects import/sync at the same time between my iPhone and iPad app? I have to manually import each project. Even when I do this, the images I have assigned to the project do not import. I don't understand why it is advertised like the two systems interact. Groups are not the same between the two apps. I am managing one project on my iPhone and others in the iPad. How is collaboration with others possible or be considered if syncing with the same user is not accurate?   17. Resource Rates

    I really like the addition of resources. Now please let us add hourly rates to those resources along with the ability to calculate total costs per project, task and resource. In other words, how much does a task, resource or total project cost? Some kind of totals output would be helpful. Once you do that this becomes very powerful software!

  18. Print option

    1. It would be beneficial to print part of the project. For instance, if I have a project that started on 01.01.2013 and ends on 15.06.2015 and I would like to print only year 2014, we can a small arrow that said the project started before and will end after 2014.
    2. It would be good if we could print the project with the same timeline. Today, if I export to PDF and there's more that one page, the tasks on the second page start with the first task on the page and not with the first task in the project, so…
