Give feedback!

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.

    Hello,

    QuickPlan 7.0 has gone live with the feature of today widget – to list all the in-progressing tasks of today in today widget.

    Also for iPhone edtion, Apple watch has been supported for the today in-processing tasks.

  2. Linked Tasks, enhancement Request

    It is great that linked tasks will be moved forward if one of them will have a later closing date. It would be great if it would work backwards, too. This would save a lot of manual corrections if one task will be closed earlier with affect of the following tasks.

    QuickPlan 6.0 allows the user to select the task link behaviour:
    1. Finish to Start behaviour
    2. Linked task behaviour – all linked tasks move together.

  3. Milestones, tasks with zero hours

    A milestone depics a moment in time which is basically not a task.

  4. Levels

    The application only allow 3 levels in task, but in a lot of projects, is necessary add more levels of for better control about that.

    QuickPlan support 4 outline levels, and SUB PROJECT. Would you please help to create sub project for your needs if the project is that complex? (Tap on a task, you will find a menu to convert task as sub project)

  5. Show dependencies on task list

    Love the App! Would be helpful to have fields (predecessors, successors) for dependencies show up on the task list. thanks, L

  6. "undo" function

    Please make "undo" function...
    It is very critical, even mandatory function for a nice project planning program like this, I guess.

  7. Print option

    1. It would be beneficial to print part of the project. For instance, if I have a project that started on 01.01.2013 and ends on 15.06.2015 and I would like to print only year 2014, we can a small arrow that said the project started before and will end after 2014.
    2. It would be good if we could print the project with the same timeline. Today, if I export to PDF and there's more that one page, the tasks on the second page start with the first task on the page and not with the first task in the project, so…

  8. Display of Start and Finish Dates

    Can start and finish dates be displayed with the day of the week, e.g. Mo 07/12/2015, Tu 08/12/2015, We 09/12/2015 ... Also, when exporting to PDF etc.

  9. Automatic sync between different devices (or something similar)

    It would be nice to see something like automatic syncing instead of exporting and importing from other apps, at least with nmicrosot project files

  11. Square bar ends

    It would be useful to have an option for square rather than curved bar ends. Square ends look more appropriate in some circumstances. There could be a set of general themes / styles with different selections like this.

  12. Resource Rates

    I really like the addition of resources. Now please let us add hourly rates to those resources along with the ability to calculate total costs per project, task and resource. In other words, how much does a task, resource or total project cost? Some kind of totals output would be helpful. Once you do that this becomes very powerful software!

  17. Custom week number

    Is it possible to configure the date that week 1 starts? My company uses a fiscal year where week 1 is the first full week of February.

  18. Week view

    Is it possible in week view to indicate the number of the starting sunday of the week instead of the saturday? This may be more calendar compatible and less understanding problems.

    Otherwise, great job on the 1 page export. Using your app on every single project.

  20. Please add cost column

    It will be very useful to have cost column in task properties. User will be able to track current expenses on projects. Also reporting all project with total cost and subcosts of task will be very productive. It is only 1 columns more (i think it should be optional). For example when you buildma house it is nice to trackmcost and after finishing see them all. Thanks!

    BTW: Great app, love how it looks like! First gantt charts that looks nice!
