Bars on the same line
It would be useful to be able to display bars on the same line when the don't overlap, and when no columns are being shown. This would allow a compressed high level view of sequential tasks using bars only.

Please just organize the tasks in group and collapse task group.

WebDav
Generic Webdav capabilities for syncing would be hreat. It is necessary to avoid public clouds.

With iOS developing, it is easier to access file in other apps.

With the developing of iOS (especially iOS 8), to sharing data is becoming easier.
There are some WebDav apps in Appstore (such as “WebDAV Nav+”), which supports to Import or Upload files from other applications to your WebDAV connections.

Email from within the Gantt chart
I would like to be able to email people a line from within the Gantt chart when their task is due and be able to see that I have emailed their task (date when email was sent)

For the purpose, a complicated infrastructure and investment on the customization needed. For example to deploy MS project server in your organization and customize the system by developing.

I think is very cool have the possibility of divide Also the day, for example in hours
In other words, i would like can be write : task 1 start at the day "x", at the hour x;xx and finish at day "y" hour x,xx

More color choices in Quick Plan Pro?
Would it be possible to incorporate a color wheel or some other color solution that allow for additional color options for tasks?
5 votesThere is no technical problem for more colours. The task colours is for the users to make task to be displayed differently as needed, less colours may be not very useful, but many colours will cause the colour selection be complicated (such in a colour wheel – complicated to some users, need long time to select a colour), compare to the design purpose of task bar colours, I am afraid that it’s not very valuable to support more colours.

Link QuickPlan to iAgenda
Would be great to be able to link QuickPlan to iAgenda. Where the broad overview of the project is viewed in QuickPlan and the day to day details are viewed in iAgenda seamlessly.

One user at a time
It would be a good idea that only one user can access a plan at one time. Say working via iCloud, that when some one is working on the plan no on else can make changes until that person is finished.

add hour
Please consider adding hours to the calendar to make it more accurate, thank you
6 votes1. Task with duration of hour is sometimes cost inefficient for project management activities. For example : We have a project schedule includes some tasks with the duration like 9:00 – 10:00, 10:00 – 12:00 and etc.
More short of task duration will bring more changes on schedule
- Suddenly there is a meeting at 9:00, your boss asks all or part of your project members to join
- Some project member take leave
- Some predecessor tasks has been delayed
- Or something wrong (like power off, …)Smaller duration will cause more changes, and the additional PM efforts/cost for the changing may be much more higher than expectation (sometimes, it may be higher than the effort/cost of the task itself) . For preceding changes, as a reasonable project manager, you should update the project schedule for new situation:
- Meet with team for review
- Ask team to… -
Dead lines

Is there a way to have a deadline or date for the whole plan so you have an idea if your tasks or one of your tasks has passed the deadline set for the project or was done before the deadline ?Thanx
3 votesIt’s easy to know the finish date of the project – you can see it in top of outline view, or by tapping on the project name on toolbar.
A deadline seems works, but it brings more warning to interrupt the scheduling work. For a PM, before finalize the schedule, checking the finish date is a nature action.

InApp Resource Assingment
Would be great to have an InApp Resource and Task assignment overview as it appears within Excel exported Projects.
But overall, great app!!!11 votesWe may use QuickPlan to open the project for different project team, even we may just using QuickPlan to open the project of other datetime region, that means there is no way for QuickPlan to know the people in different projects are same people.
Also in iOS, it’s very bad solution to ask the app to check data from too many projects.

Proposal for improvements
Dear developer,
At first I like to thank for Quickplan Pro. I have some proposals:
- insert an automated calculation without date and just task duration
- insert critical pathway calculation
- insert delay time for non-critical pathways
- implemtent appointments in phone-calendarI would appreciate that.

Cost tracker
Hi, I would like to be able to track total year to date spend of a project and compare it to forecasted spend month by month. (This would mean 2 columns for costs, one for forecast YTD, one for actual spend YTD). If possible we could also show these for 3 types of costs CAPEX, REVEX and OPEX (so 3 sets of 2 curves) in the same project.
I would like to see the curves with one point per month. We could see the forecasted spend YTD in grey and in red the actual spend.

Hours Support for Quickplan
It will very helpfull to be add hours level for quickplan tasks. I know That it is possible in the Agenda Version but the Agenda is not able to link tasks. Maybe you can combine both Tools.

Pam momentum is a need
When we scroll (pan) quickplanapp stops scrolling immediately as we put off finger.
Remembet ios has a pan momentum (ios own scrollview controls gradually slowdowns and stops.so this is more natural.
You may add this stop ease actionHave healty and peaceful days
