Max Outline Levels
We want the max outline levels of tasks more than 3.

The purpose of linking file is to open the file on iPad, but there is no other service for a app to open a file on other app, except QuickPlan can show the content of the file directly – that means QuickPlan will be a app like Dropbox for iOS, most of the cost will spend on opening the file, not on project schedule.

Please can you add the following features:-
1. Summary of project objectives (deliverables) and if RAG, percentage completed.
2. Summary of project team members - can use WBS APP for this also.
3. Be able to log risk register
4. Project management template document tabs - PID/Charter, Budget creation, project evaluation etc.See SG Project pro 5 as a good way to do the above in conjunction with what is already on offer within your already fantastic range of apps.

Default Cost per hour
Having added project members at their associated hourly rate, I would like to set the default cost per hour to be zero.
Currently each stage is calculating labor cost of all project members and adding this total to an hourly rate of $1 per hour.
I would like project stages to simply reflect the total labor cost.
Please someone out there??

1 voteThe default cost rate is used when inputing a new member, we can adjust the cost rate of each project member.
Another usage of the default cost rate is that if we specified work of the task, but no resource, then using the default cost rate to calculate the cost.

The UI of iAgenda is similar as QuickPlan, but iAgenda is not designed for project management

First, I just want to say that I love your app. Thank you.
My first suggestion would be is add the ability to sync Google contacts and calendars.
Another suggestion I have is the ability to add note field or multiple emails for each members of the project because I have members that several emails and they want me to send task info to all their emails.
Finally, it would be nice to email a task file that will automatically add task to their calendar whether it is Google, Microsoft live, Yahoo, etc.

I think your purpose is to know what tasks are going on, the today widget will be helpful. Integrate with Google calendar… will make the app be very complicated with logic problem, as the task in QuickPlan is organised in tree structure, and the data fields are different

Sometimes the day granularity is not enough. It would be good to see a minute by minute granularity for the types of products I deal with.

1) could automatic zooming in/out disabled whenever a task is selected?
2) could 2 or more tasks being at the same row enabled?

Here's other features I would love to see in the future
-Posibility to close the gantt chart in order to only see the outline
-Integrate OrgChart in order to quickly add people to new projects
-Option to auto BACKUP all new projects created
-Option to auto BACKUP in MS Project file (.xml) in dropbox and iCloud
-Option to see child projects in detail in parent projectI love the examples!

Daily report
We need daily reports.
The form must have job name,P.O.,weather,number of employees working, area of work, how many hours,material used/needed, etc.
This is very important specially for extra work that needs to be charge to customer (GC or owner). You can see some forms on line for reference.1 voteIt’s related but out of the scope of schedule.

Zoom in further! Detailed "day view" for small tasks...
The closest you can zoom is "days", but that seriously limits the potential for detailed planning of smaller tasks.
1 vote1. Planning task with short duration is sometimes cost inefficient for project management activities. For example : We have a project schedule includes some tasks with the duration like 9:00 – 10:00, 10:00 – 12:00 and etc.
More short of task duration will bring more changes on schedule
- Suddenly there is a meeting at 9:00, your boss asks all or part of your project members to join
- Some project member take leave
- Some predecessor tasks has been delayed
- Or something wrong (like power off, …)Shorter duration means more changes to the planned schedule, and the additional PM efforts/cost to manage the changs may be much more higher than expectation (sometimes, it may be higher than the effort/cost of the task itself). For the project following management process, it’s requested to update the project schedule if change coming. What we will do for a small change…

Stop&resume tasks on timeline
It would be useful to have a function of stopping the task line for some days and then continuing it again on the same line from a selected day.
I'm working in sprints on large tasks and it doesn't always make sense breaking them into smaller ones to distribute along the timeline. However it's common to pause one task, dedicate several days to another, then pause it and get back to the first one. A feature to display it visually on a timeline would be extremely helpful!

Create a more robust auto-schedule function
I really like the interface, but coming from the world of construction scheduling software, there is a missing feature that is a deal breaker for me on this app. When I build a schedule the process of scheduling should be a matter of linking everything and the program would remove the float and sort by the logic I create using the links. Currently the program only pushes out linked tasks so any time saved turns into a fully manual update of the schedule. It would also be nice if moving a task forward in time adjusted the predecessors forward as…

Have the duration be an option of days OR hours
It would also be nice to have an option of starting and stopping a task to register the amount of hours (or fraction thereof) spent on a task. Then, at the end be able to see the total hours spent on a project.
