Additional two URLs fields have been added for the purpose to link a task with another resource.

Would you please try it using QuickPlan for macOS?
- Create partial project by date range – https://goplan.app/documents/mac/user-manual/sharing#date
- Then open the partial project for printing.

Perhaps not delete them but hide them when needed. Last commenter was accurate too much information can cloud an accurate view of what remains to be done. That said I prefer a complete version of the project upon completion. With historical comparison (as requested by another user) it helps in evaluating where improvements or different strategies can be used or are needed in subsequent projects

Thanks for the idea.
A web solution:
- Using QuickPlan, you can achieve more than 10x productive improvement than other gantt apps (and more times than web apps)
- A web solution means you data are storing on our server. QuickPlan is for business, how about the security and safety you care?
- And as we need maintain the web server, the data safety and security, and …, so we have to charge much, like most of the service, 15 (or +) USD / per month per user.Would you please help to share more about your choice?

QuickPlan now includes two URL fields, the user can input the link in the URL fields freely.

Would be a great reference productivity, tracking and organizational tool to be able to insert documents (PDF, Excel, Word, email) links) in the notes feild of any task or header. Keeping related docs in a central location for all projects by associated task relevance would be such a major benefit to many of us. To be able to then forward the task item via email our import into a meeting invite would also be fabulous ! Thanks!!

Tracking task related documents is a must have. I just began using the product and thought surely it was Yhe ultimate project management solution. However alas it is not as I still can't keep documentation (meeting notes, associated documents for specific submitted from team members or any other related information ) under the task it pertains ps too. For example copy of a complete vendor quote (PDF or word file) An inventory list (excel file) a stays update report submission (email or word document) it doesn't work so well to recreate a version or a note referencing said documents as you you or others then have then to go find them. Would be great organizational ad great reference tool. Thank you!!

Just found that there are Trello apps for iOS
Hello,
Thanks for the idea – Trello is an excellent project management tool.
I am thinking if to develop an iPad app for Trello. Will research the integration.

I agree with the prior post. It wold be extremely helpful for sharing tasks profess with the team for use in meetings and discussions if only we could select certain sections to share rather than the whole spread sheet.
