    Thanks for the idea.

    A web solution:
    - Using QuickPlan, you can achieve more than 10x productive improvement than other gantt apps (and more times than web apps)
    - A web solution means you data are storing on our server. QuickPlan is for business, how about the security and safety you care?
    - And as we need maintain the web server, the data safety and security, and …, so we have to charge much, like most of the service, 15 (or +) USD / per month per user.

Would you please help to share more about your choice?

    Hello,

    Updates:
I would like to inform you that we have completed the localization of QuickPlan for iPad for the German, French, Japanese, and Simplified Chinese languages, and you can install the beta version from https://testflight.apple.com/join/mQfTM8gA via the Apple TestFlight service. Your comments are very welcome.

    Best Regards,
    Philip

Please select the “Auto” page size when exporting the project to PDF file.

As a Mac has stronger hardware resources than the iOS device, the “Auto” PDF page can be larger much than on the iOS device. We prefer you to do the exploring work on a Mac. The free trial is at https://quickplan.app/trial

Please select the “Auto” page size when exporting to PDF file. If the page size is fix, the app has to zoom the chart (adjust timeline scale) to fill the page.

From QuickPlan 6.0, there is a new column “to be %” which is used to show the “to be complete rate”, you can just compare it with the actual “% complete” for the purpose.

QuickPlan shows one row in the outline (list) panel and the chart panel. Multiple tasks in one taskbar will cause the information in the outline row to be in a mess (for example to show the %comp, or cost …)

We’d like to suggest if you can organize the repeated tasks in a sub-project, so it can just show as one task in the major project.

If you need an app for the high-level plans such as product/business roadmap, would you please help to check the new app at https://roadmapgo.com

A complicated topic, would you please help to check following two articles:

    - The best practices about task duration
    https://quickplan.app/documents/best-practices/task-duration

    - Why choose project schedule app
    https://goplan.app/questions/general/project-schedule
    =====

We have just released another app which is for Roadmap planning. I’d like to suggest to use the Roadmap app for your short-term activity schedule!

Using Roadmap app, we have created an example for the agenda of WWDC (Apple Worldwide Developers Conference) 2018, please check out the details at https://roadmapgo.com/documents/examples.

Download the Roadmap apps at https://roadmapgo.com/getapps

(Roadmap app is very flexible, although it’s designed for the product/business roadmap planning, you will find it’s very flexible for other types of plan)

    Please pay attention:
    - Roadmap is NOT another version of QuickPlan. Check out the details at https://roadmapgo.com/info/to-quickplan-users
    - We can use Roadmap app for other purpose like the agenda planning, but Roadmap is designed for roadmap planning which is not for…
